Alright, I am pretty sure that one of the things that demotivates a blogger from writing a long entry is the thought of inserting a big number of images in his or her blog posts.
It is a problem for me before so surely there are others out there too who will just sigh whenever they have to write a travel post or just any post that requires lots of pictures.
Well, I always try to find ways to make it easier for me to blog so one of it is adding a lot of images with one click. But this only applies to Photobucket users as I am using that site to host my pictures. So, sorry to those who can’t apply this trick to their blogs. But you might find such options in your choice of image hosting websites. Or, you might just change to Photobucket after reading this post.
Okay, let’s go:
So, sign in or sign up.
For signing in, it’s weird, you put your details and you have to press ENTER. There’s no sign in button.
Of course, I have an account.
This is how the homepage looks like.
For uploading, just click UPLOAD and choose the images from your folder.
This page will come out.
Choose which folder in your Photobucket to be uploaded into.
Click the button.
And then choose your images.
3) GETTING YOUR IMAGES’ LINKS
Click the Library button in your homepage.
And choose the folder where you have uploaded your images.
Your images will come out but you have to switch to Organize mode.
Shift-click to select which images you need.
And then click the Link button.
Your links will appear.
Click the HTML section to get the links to all the images you have selected.
You will get the confirmation once all the links are copied.
4) INSERTING THE LINKS INTO THE BLOG POST
So, go to your blog entry.
Make sure it’s in HTML mode. (In this case, pick TEXT instead of VISUAL)
Insert the links into the post.
Delete this code from the start and end of the links.
And put spaces between the links.
Switch back from HTML mode and you can see all your images.
Okay, of course it’s not literally one click to insert your images but it’s way better than copying and inserting your images one by one, right?
I dunno about you guys but this has boosted my motivation to blog even more. Wakaka.
Happy blogging, everyone! Hehe.
